Booking Procedure
Attention Tru` Beauties!! Tru` Salon has limited availability due to high demand because every appointment is personalized for each client. To secure your appointment, a deposit is due at the time the appointment is made. The deposit will go towards your balance the day of service. To book an appointment, follow these steps:
- For questions or concerns, contact me by email
- Provide preferred date, time and desired service for appointment
- Click the "Book Now" link below
- Provide payment information to secure and confirm your appointment
- Receive appointment confirmation
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period We look forward to serving you!"
No Show Policy
Tru` Salon values your time and consideration for others. As such, we have a no show policy in place to ensure fair appointment scheduling for all clients. Please note the following:
- We require a credit card to secure your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
- Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without proper notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) amount.
